Why should it be so difficult?

I can go crazy on these study grants, I have to look for housing grants, first, because if I get it, I have to fill it out in the form. This will take forever. I have in any case, acquired a bank ID. I'm so clever :D

Anyways, I am sitting here in the phon line, still 70 ppl before me, I started on 100. Long live speakers :)
The voice on the phone, also said that we have technical problems, you will come up, but we may not be able to answer your question.
Is it really a technical problem then? Is it not just a lack of intelligence? hahaha. well we will see whats gonna happen :P
